Set-up and Tear Down Crews

Both of the Christ the Rock Campuses meet in rental spaces for services. This means that we set-up and tear down all of our church equipment every week. Churches that own their own buildings only require a few people to make a Sunday service happen. A portable church, like Christ the Rock, by necessity requires many more people serving in ministry to hold a worship experience.

The set-up and tear down crews are the servants who are responsible for establishing a comfortable atmosphere for people to experience the presence of God and respond by surrendering their lives to him. They set up direction signs, the classes for children's ministry, and the main auditorium sound and video equipment.

If you are interested in serving on a set-up crew or tear down crew, or have a truck with a hitch and would like to tow the trailer for a Sunday service, just fill out your name and info on a Connection Card in service and write in BIG letters on the back "SET-UP". We will contact up to let you know more and help you get involved.
