Christ the Rock is a people who are:
Inclusive - Christ the Rock people want other people to be included in the great things that God is doing in the church.
Other-Centered - Christ the Rock people are more concerned about the needs of other people than about having their own needs met.
Outward-Focused - Christ the Rock people are as concerned with building the kingdom of God outside the walls of our church as we are about what God is doing within.
Growth-Oriented - Christ the Rock people are concerned with personal growth, not just spiritually, but in every area of our lives.
Servant-Led - Christ the Rock leaders recognize that leadership in influence and that the best way to build influence in someone's life is through servanthood. No leader is too important to work hard for the kingdom.
